Dance therapy uses many different approaches to help people heal mentally, emotionally and physically by expressing themselves freely through movement.

In this workshop I will guide you to learn how to connect mind and body while maintaining harmony and self control; this in order to heal it in a conscious catharsis through the movements used in belly dance, that is to say that through movement you will empower yourself by awakening and healing dissociated and traumatized memories of your body and mind.
