I began dancing in about 2007 with the now defunct School of Contemporary Bellydance. I very quickly realised tribal style was the style for me.
Not long after the devastating Christchurch earthquakes (2010) I began teaching tribal style belly dance. In 2014 I discovered and fell in love with Divine Chaos Skirt Fusion and have since studied and trained with Shannon and DC to become a DC International Partner Studio.
In 2016 I co-founded Soul Star Tribe - A Tribal Belly Dance and muscians collective where I have the pleasure to be the creative director and lead instructor. My goal along with the SST collective is to share our joy and enthusiasm for our dance and music. Our style is eclectic and heartfelt.
