Warm Up Friday & Saturday
Friday 9.30am Saturday 8.20am
A welcoming warm up to loosen our limbs, juice our joints, move our muscles and get our blood flowing.
These 30-minute sessions are multi-level and can be done at our own pace to prepare and strengthen us for a dynamic day of dance and learning.
These warm-ups are movement rather than stretching based to warm us up in every way, with music to raise our spirits.
FREE access is available to the Warm Up with Catherine sessions for everyone who has purchased a Fundraising Festival Pass or Festival Workshop Ticket.
Catherine teaches Tribal Grooves dance fitness and Global Caravan Belly Dance in Whitianga on the Coromandel Peninsula, where she is also a gentle chiropractor. Catherine has been a Medanz member since 2009, but also danced and worked in Britain before then. In the last 3 years, she has also enjoyed and completed 3 Dance Strong Challenges with Siobhan Milner.
