Pilates for Dancers
Saturday 8.30-9am Sunday 9.30-10am
These morning mobility sessions will provide dancers with an opportunity to get their body ready for a day of dancing, with the aim of engaging deep core muscles, mobilising joints and fostering mind-body connection.
Please bring a yoga mat or a towel.
Access to Pilates for Dancers with Lenna Rose on Saturday and Sunday mornings is free of charge to all Festival pass holders and Single Workshop Pass holders, therefore you do not need to purchase a pass to access this class.
Lenna is a Pilates teacher of 7 years and bellydancer of 13 years. She brings together Pilates, functional movement and bellydance to provide a deeper understanding of movement and training for dancers.
