Gretchen will guide you through a session of Qigongs (warm ups) and a Tai Chi form called Sun 41. Good for breathing, posture, balance and relaxing the mind and body.
Gretchen has been teaching Tai Chi for over 16 years in Nelson and is an approved ACC strength and balance instructor.
