Non-stop 60 minutes of fusion drills for belly dance.
Loud music, lots of counting and repetitive movement to build muscle memory.
Adaptions and regressions will be given.
"But I don't do fusion?" don't worry, fusion drills support all kinds of belly dance :)
Bring: Paper and Pen & Water bottle, Yoga mat or towel
