To Join MEDANZ or to renew your MEDANZ membership two simple steps are required: 1) complete the form below and 2) make payment by direct credit, cheque or Credit Card via PayPal (details below the form). At MEDANZ AGM on 14th April 2018 it was unanimously decided that: "Effective 1st July 2018 the annual Membership Fee increases from $35 for Full Membership to $50, Family Membership from $15 to $30" Your membership will not be activated or renewed unless we have received both your details and your payment.
Membership categories are as follows: Full Membership NZ$50.00 Family Membership NZ$50.00

MEDANZ has been formed to provide a support network for our dancers, drummers and dance friends. Any information given on the form above will be treated as confidential and will not be distributed unless specifically agreed to by you. |

Please remember that your membership will not become active unless payment has been received.
Our preferred payment method is by Direct Deposit to: Kiwi Bank 38-9015-0085634-00 Ref: SUB +”YOUR NAME” + "Your membership number" If you are a new member or do not recall your membership number please just include "SUB" and your name. Or you can pay by Credit Card via PayPal. Please email the committee for details of how to do this at committee@medanz.org.nz Attn: Treasurer. Alternatively: You can post a cheque to: MEDANZ, Suite 3051, PO Box 13-240, Johnsonville, Wellington 6440 Once we have received your application form and payment we will confirm your membership status by email.
