Mini-Festival Cancellation Policy for attendees:

Cancellation requests up to and including 5 days from the start of the event on Friday :

Where individual workshops are advertised, an alternative workshop on a different day or time will be offered in the first instance, if space is available.

Alternatively, a full refund will be provided, if requested in writing by email or mail (where the postmark is 5 days prior to the event) to the committee.

No refunds will be issued for pre-purchased tickets to shows, and advance payment of group restaurant events, as these are non-refundable to MEDANZ.

Cancellation within 5 days of the event, and on the day:

No refunds on workshops will be issued within 5 days of the start of the event. 

If the advertised tutor is unable to attend a Mini-Festival within 5 days of the event, MEDANZ will in the first instance try to find a suitable replacement.  If a suitable replacement tutor is unable to be secured in time, then a full refund of all monies paid in advance will be given.
